Who We Are

Since 2007, SNF has been more than just a training center for me, it has been a home of hope, strength, and empowerment for adults with special needs. Every year has been a journey of learning, resilience, and growth, fueled by our unwavering commitment to provide exposure, training, and opportunities that enable our students to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Our mission has always been to promote inclusion and to ensure that adults with disabilities receive the equal opportunities, rights, and recognition they deserve in society. We have proudly integrated many of our students into the workforce and continue to equip others with the skills to become confident, self-sufficient members of society.

This journey, however, has never been ours alone. The unwavering support of our volunteers, and supporters has been the foundation of everything we have achieved. Your encouragement and collaboration have not only sustained SNF but have also helped foster wider acceptance for adults with special needs within the community.

As I often say, with a little hope and a lot of love, nothing is impossible. Together, we are not only transforming the lives of our students but also creating a society that is more inclusive, and compassionate. With your continued support, I am confident that SNF will keep reaching new heights and, most importantly, empower every student to realize their full potential.
