Admission Process

1. Initial Inquiry

When parents inquire about admission, we usually ask for the following information before scheduling a meeting:

  • Child’s Name:
  • Age:
  • Diagnosis/Disability:
  • Nationality:

Additionally, we request the following details to better understand your child’s specific needs:

  • Is your child verbal or non-verbal?
  • Is your child toilet trained?
  • Does your child need assistance with tasks such as using the washroom or eating?
  • Does your child have a history of epilepsy? If yes, is your child currently on medication?
  • Does your child have any behavioral issues?
  • Has your child attended school before?

If yes, please provide the school name and level.

Lastly, is your child currently in Dubai? Please also let us know your availability for a meeting with the center director for further discussion.

2. Scheduled Meeting

Once we have the initial information, we will schedule a meeting with one of our team members (Mam Safia, Prerana, or Mehnaz). During this meeting, parents will fill out the Meeting Form with their child’s details.

3. Assessment

Following the meeting, an assessment will be conducted by a set of teachers. Parents will be required to complete the following forms:

  • Assessment Form
  • Medical Form
  • Behavioral Form

The teachers will also complete their own assessments, which include:

  • Speech Form
  • Interview Form
  • Basic Skills Form

4. Waiting for Assessment Report

Once the assessment is completed, parents will need to wait 1-3 days for the assessment report. This will be shared with you via email. If the child qualifies, the next step is the observation period.

5. Observation Period

The observation period typically lasts between 7-14 days, depending on the child’s behavior. During this time, we closely monitor your child’s responses and interactions to ensure a successful integration.

6. Admission Process
